Book your 1 hour climbing session through our online system, and receive an email confirmation.
Click the e-waiver link in your confirmation email to sign your waiver. Generic e-waivers can be signed by clicking here. You can enter your booking number to reattached it.
Arrive 5-10 minutes* before your booked session to ensure we have enough time to sign you in. *10-15 minutes for a Birthday Party
At your briefing session you’ll be fitted with a harness and one of our instructors will talk you through the safety information.
Time to Clip ‘n Climb – you will have just under an hour in the climbing space and finish at half past the following hour.

Pre-booking of your Clip ‘n Climb session is highly recommended as our sessions fill up quickly. You can drop-in but there is no guarantee that we will have spaces available.
If one parent or guardian is bringing multiple children, some of which are not their own, that adult is responsible for that group.
Loose fitting clothes and trainers are recommended.
Only closed toe shoes are allowed. For safety reasons, we cannot allow sandals, flip flops, crocs or rock shoes into the climbing space.
Please keep jewelry to a minimum. We do have the facility to safely secure jewelry if required.
Weight Restrictions – The minimum weight you have to be is 15kg (33lbs) and the maximum weight restriction is 150kg (330lbs). This is to allow our Auto-Belay to function safely.
Please ensure you arrive a minimum of 10-15 minutes prior to your booked session to enable us to sign you in. Your briefing starts at the time slot you have booked, if you should arrive late you may be asked to wait until after the session has started to have your harness fitted and safety briefing before entering the climbing space.

The payment or deposit once paid is non-refundable, however, provided that you notify us a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of the booked session, we will allow you to rebook your session in an alternative available time slot, this will only be allowed once and a second cancellation would result in the loss of any monies paid.
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your booked session you will be liable for the full cost of the booking.
In the event of a later cancellation due to an unforeseen medical emergency, ie within 48 hours of your booked session, if you provide written documentary evidence from your doctor, we may, at the sole discretion of the centre management be able to reschedule your booking.
